you received a great medical treatment, hopefully. But that has come to an end, and no matter how well you have been treated so far, nothing can prepare you for fully training again. That GAP needs to be bridged, the gap between end of treatmaent and fully training again. It is in this phase that follow-up injuries happen.
Sound advice is scarce in this phase. Neither the physiotherapists really know, nor the trainers. And now it is now up to you to make the tough decisions.
